I can create IPTV with some russian tv channels (maybe 50-70 tv channels), so You could watch tv channels on your android mobile phone, tablet, pc and tv. (1 account on 2 different devices) IPTV has big costs, so before I decide to build it, I need to estimate — how many russian people who live in Montenegro would subscribe on this?
